Registration of Students

Registration forms for the following school year will be sent home in March. If your child has
special needs or you have concerns, please schedule a meeting with the principal. Teacher
requests will not be accepted. The placement process will be completed by early July. Your
child’s teacher will notify you by phone and/or mail.

ENROLLMENT / WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION


Records required by Tennessee State Law for students enrolling in Bradley County Schools for the first time:

1. Birth Certificate or proof of birth

2. Social Security Card

3. Updated TN Certificate of Immunization Record (including physical exam)

4. Two Proofs of Address

5. Custody Papers (for students not living with both biological parents)

Before a student can be officially withdrawn
during the school year, a parent or legal guardian must report to the school office to receive a transfer form which must be signed by the principal. This form indicates if all textbooks,
library books, and accounts have been cleared, as well as stating the attendance and academic level of the student.
