According to state regulations, report cards for grades 1-5 will be issued each nine weeks or four times during the school year. An Honor Roll will be announced in the local newspaper each nine weeks for students in grades 4 and 5 who have all A's or all A's and B's during a grading period. Progress Reports will be issued four times during the school year, two times during the 1st semester and two times during the 2nd semester. Please refer to the school calendar for progress and report card dates. The subject of RLA (Reading Language Arts) will be used to represent one combined grade based on student performance in all of the following content areas: reading, spelling, writing, and grammar. Math, science, and social studies are each recorded as separate grades on the report card for a total of four subjects.
